Unique and modern Villa DVT
Located in Arnhem, Netherlands, this modern beauty was designed and congenital by BOETZKES/HELDER. The client expressed his wish to have a modern home with loft-like interior. Everything had to be unique. The result was this minimalist design, with graphic lines and nearly no details.
View in gallery The façade of the business firm is made of aluminum and made of expanded metal sheets with a special blanket that changes color depending on the light. This compensates the extreme minimalistic pattern. The window frames are also aluminum and they contribute to the spacious and dynamic interior.

View in gallery The business firm has an oblique shape in the forepart and side and runs parallel with the street. At the dorsum of the firm there'southward a large glass wall with sliding doors that open to the garden and the terrace, that'southward actually an extension of the ground floor. The connection betwixt interior and exterior areas is fabricated gradually. The glass façade tin can also be covered with a moveable sunscreen made of perforated aluminum.

View in gallery The interior is divided in iii areas on the footing floor. There'due south a garage, an archway and a big living area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. An open steel staircase leads to the first flooring, where the private areas are situated. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms that are situated on the front end of the house have views over the green hills of Doorwerth.
